Just Breathe: Salt Cave Meditation
Meditation at the Salt Cave of Darien! Bask in the health enhancing effects of breathing in micronized dry salt particles. Spend time in a serene atmosphere, meditating and enjoying soothing music. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! When: Wednesday, March 25. Meet at 3:30 PM at the Salt Cave of Darien, 555 Post Road, Darien. What: We will have 90 minutes total to spend in the Salt Cave. We’ll enjoy a 60 minute guided meditation session during this time.
