Let’s lace up our athletic shoes, get outside, and enjoy a relaxed one-hour walk together at Mead Park. Walking is a great way to socialize, stay active, and boost your mood — all at the same time.

• Date/Time: Each Wednesday, 6:30 PM, weather permitting
• Walk led by: Valerie Gregory-Lee, Event Host
• Meet location: Mead Park, by the cafe (Apple Cart Food)
• Walk length: Approximately one hour

Those who would like a shorter walk are welcome to leave earlier, and anyone who would like to continue walking longer may do so. If you arrive late, please text Valerie so she can let you know where the group is.

Optional after-walk gathering: Optional after-walk social: After the walk, anyone interested can go to Cava Wine Bar for a drink or dinner (prix fixe dinner for $35 (https://cavawinebarct.com/menu#prix-fixe), and everyone can order and pay individually..
