EARTH DAY Hike!

Tuesday, APRIL 22th @ 10am sharp

Talcott Mountain State Park, Simsbury, CT

Meet at the parking lot at 10am @ Penwood State Park Parking  (174 Hartford Road Simsbury, CT). Carpool available if interested.  

We will hike to the summit and visit the iconic Heublein Tower with 360 degree views of  the Berkshires, NH, and LI Sound. Theses are the same trails Mark Twain would hike from his home. 

We will have lunch in the cute town of West Hartford. 

Join Peggy and her gal Trail Trekkers on a fast paced hike that will raise your heart rate and work on your agility. This group likes to move at a good pace so we can enjoy lunch after the hike. Bring your own water and remember to apply tick spray on lower legs/pants.
