Reception Beforehand Next Door at Carriage Barn (5:45pm)

Connecticut Public Media is teaming up with the Town Players of New Canaan and the Carriage Barn Arts Center at Waveny Park to offer an informative reception next door at the Carriage Barn at 5:45pm, followed by the play.  Theater-goers will enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres and beverages, including wine and beer. 

Our members are invited to this special reception before the performance.  This will be in lieu of our usual dinner in a restaurant.

Guests will mingle with representatives from CT Public and special guest CEO Mark Contreras, providing an opportunity to learn more about CT Public’s role as Connecticut’s only state-wide, community-supported public media service, bringing you not only NPR and PBS programming but a host of other original content including documentaries and talk shows along with coverage of local people and events.
