Join us for a 30 minute guided stretch instruction with Lena Booth, owner of Yoga Utopia Wellness Studio at 33 East Ave, New Canaan.  Following, Marko and Amy of Fred Astaire Dance Studio at 111 Main Street, return with an hour of dance instruction.  They will teach us a fun line dance and the hustle!
