Critics Corner

We will have our next Critics Corner meeting on Friday, October 25, at 7:00 PM, at the home of Jeannette and Mike Glazer.

The following two movies will be discussed and then rated:

Megan Leavy - Based on the true life story of a young Marine corporal whose unique discipline and bond with her military combat dog saved many lives during their deployment in Iraq. Streaming on: Netflix, Prime, Google, and others.

Priscilla - When teenage Priscilla Beaulieu meets Elvis Presley, the man who is already a meteoric rock-and-roll superstar becomes someone entirely unexpected in private moments: a thrilling crush, an ally in loneliness, a vulnerable best friend. Streaming on: Max, Prime, Google, and others.

Event Details:

• Each attendee is asked to bring either an appetizer or dessert.
• A $5 contribution per person will be collected to cover the cost of drinks.

If you enjoy watching movies and love discussing them with fellow enthusiasts, Critics' Corner is for you! We gather at a member’s home, socialize over appetizers and drinks, and then engage in a lively discussion and rating of two movies that we’ve watched beforehand.
