We will be meeting for an optional lunch and then visiting a cutting-edge indoor farming facility right in our backyard, Norwalk. 

High Ridge Hydroponics is an innovative farming company growing salad greens in a custom-built shipping container farm using sustainable practices like hydroponics and vertical farming. They use climate control technology and LED lights to recreate the optimal growing environment for the plants- all year round! The greens are always organically grown, with 95% less water consumption than traditional soil farming.
