Intermediate Hiking

Hello Hikers! we are back for the fall!  Get outdoors and hike with experienced hikers, Peggy deMayo and Lauren Dayya. These hikes are intermediate-level and fast paced. They should raise your HR all while working your agility and enjoying the beautiful local forests.

We will hike Saugatuck Falls, Redding, CT,

 hiking the beautiful falls trail loop.

Email will follow to participants with directions and meeting spot.

Please wear hiking shoes and bring water.

Optional lunch after.
