Hiking with Liz

Nourish your inner being and connect with nature!  Let’s get out in the woods and breathe some fresh air. Reset your mind by getting out into Nature with Liz Orteig on the hiking trails. This group moves at a slower pace, but will still visit the forests and mountain areas and renew our spirits by communing with nature. We reward ourselves with lunch in one of the local restaurants.

We are planning a hike on Thursday, November 16, to Bennett’s Pond State Park in Ridgefield, CT. This will be an easy hike, 2 hours. Please remember good hiking shoes and snacks and water. We will be meeting at 9:30 AM in the parking lot at 550-698 Bennett’s Farm Road in Ridgefield.
