Hiking with Liz

Nourish your inner being and connect with nature!  Let’s get out in the woods and breathe some fresh air. Reset your mind by getting out into Nature with Liz Orteig on the hiking trails.

We will be going to the Sunny Valley Preserve in Bridgewater, CT (north of Danbury) next to Candlewood Lake, a hike we planned to do last year and got rained out. The drive is about 1 hour 10 minutes to get there, so I recommend carpooling. 

Afterwards we reward ourselves with a tasty lunch in a nearby restaurant. (Optional) Please wear hiking shoes and bring water.
