Mixed Greens with Vinaigrette Salad

Main Course (Choice of one)

 Pan Roasted Salmon served with rice and vegetables with a lemon caper sauce

 Chicken breast sautéed with butter, lemon, white wine, tomato, capers

Wild mushroom ravioli, spinach, porcini juice, white wine and herbs
