Nourish your inner being and connect with nature! Hikes are planned once or twice a month during the spring and fall, in the morning. We go to different nature preserves in the area and hike for about 2 hours or up to 4 miles to get a good workout. Then we reward ourselves with a lunch in a local restaurant. (optional)
