Encore Club of New Canaan
invites you to the
Welcome Back Fall Tailgate at
Thyme Meadow
Pack your own picnic and libations and join us for a tailgate gathering on the bucolic, fragrant Thyme Meadow. We encourage you to get into the fall spirit and decorate your tailgate. Prizes will be given for most spirited tailgates. Ambient live music will entertain us as we mingle.
Date: Saturday, October 9th 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Cost: $30 per person, members only plus significant other.
Space is limited. Please register (at left) as soon as possible.
Location is a private residence in New Canaan, details to follow.
Encore will adhere to local and CDC recommendations for mask use at this event.
Additionally, the NEW 2021-2022 Encore COVID-19 waiver must be completed to attend. If you have not done so, click WAIVER to complete.
Restrooms will be available at the pool house.
Sanitization stations will be available throughout the tailgate meadow and pool house.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations one week prior to the event. After Saturday, October 2nd, refunds will be issued only if the waitlist is honored.
