EATS has been meeting via Zoom during these COVID times. Everyone is invited to join us each month. Our members have been providing cooking demonstrations as good as on TV! This month, Bea Trifunac will be making Serbian pita, phyllo dough with cheese filling, and Hungarian cucumber salad with yogurt. Her family came from Austria Hungary, but they moved to Belgrave, Serbia, when Bea was two. So her recipes are Austro-Hungarian and Serbian. Some of her recipes were featured in the book, “Heirloom Kitchen” by Anna Francese Gass. Thank you, Bea!
