Invite your family members and loved ones to join this “not to be missed” pasta making event! Your RSVP is due by Feb. 13th. The $35 for the ZOOM Cooking Class: Pasta and Sauce will cover the cost of admission for as many cooks/helpers your kitchen will accommodate! Depending on the size of your kitchen, multiple cooks could have individual cooking stations each making their own batch of pasta or they can help you. If you find this interesting but don’t want to participate, it’s fine to just watch and enjoy the fun!! Either way, it will be a fun, interactive and a most memorable hands-on zoom event. So, roll up your sleeves, prepare your ingredients, and put on your apron! Pour yourself a glass of wine, and join us from your kitchen on Tuesday, February 16 at 4:45 pm for social time, 5:00 pm begins the 90-minute class!
Cameo Fucci, owner and Chef of Allora Pasta Co. will share her love of food while engaging us in the art and history of fresh pasta making and homemade sauce. Get your aprons ready as we attend and participate in this hands-on, pasta making workshop via Zoom. After forming our fresh pasta dough, Cameo will teach us to prepare her father’s popular and delicious fresh tomato sauce “Dad’s Tomato Sauce”. Then we will roll up our sleeves, roll out our dough and hand make Cavatelli and Orecchiette pasta shapes to be topped with our home-made tomato sauce. Cameo’s fun and interactive personality will guide us through making this easy, fresh Italian meal. Dinner is ready to be enjoyed that evening or saved for another time!
