Reset your inner self by getting into the fresh air and enjoying some nature!  The Encore Hiking Group meets once a month on Fridays to go on a 2-3 hour hike in the local nature preserves of surrounding towns in Connecticut and sometimes Westchester.  After working up our appetites, we enjoy lunch at some interesting restaurants near our hiking place.  

We are planning a hike on Friday, May 31 to Tarrywile Park in Danbury, CT.  This will be a moderate hike, 2-3 hours, with perhaps some climbing.  Please remember snacks and especially water.  Those who would like can go out to lunch afterwards.  We will be meeting at 8:45 in the upper parking lot at Waveny
