Mark your calendars now for a cultural day in the city, touring the NEUE Galerie of German and Austrian Art and Design from the 20th century. The current special exhibit is Self-portraits of artists. EYE CATCHER: Woman In Gold, Adele Block-Bauer by Gustav Klimt.
Each member will purchase their ticket at the museum. General Admission is $22; Seniors $16. Following the tour, we will have lunch in the Cafe Fledermaus in the museum.
GETTING THERE: The Encore Expos will carpool from the Waveny upper lot. For those who prefer to take the train, MetroNorth departs from Darien 9:18 or 9:46 am with parking on West Avenue opposite Tilly Pond $8/day.
